This video from Fotodiox walks you through installing their new $40 Tough E-Mount, which replaces the plastic parts inside the lens mount of Sony NEX E-Mount cameras like the FS100 and FS700 (the newer Sony a7S already has a full metal mount):

If you're noticing excessive wiggle on your lenses when you're trying to focus, it may be worth checking out the Tough E-Mount. The adapter is especially useful if you're putting heavier lenses and adapters plus lenses on your camera.
