Shape, the Canadian-based camera rig manufacturer, has always been right on top of creating solid rigs for cameras of all shapes and sizes. At NAB this year, they're showcasing two new rigs for the extremely popular Sony FS7 and the Atomos Shogun monitor/recorder.

The Shape Remote Extension Handle for the FS7, which comes in at around $205, might be one of the more essential accessories for the FS7 because the handle that comes with the camera, though usable, is fairly flimsy and not particularly easy to adjust on the fly. Here's the Shape extension handle in action.

Shape also has a range of other camera-specific accessories for the FS7 including a quick-release baseplate, a top plate with loads of mounting options, and a few bundles depending on the level of customization you need.

The company also showcased their $339 Atomos Shogun cage, which offers protection for both the Shogun itself and the cables plugged into it. There are also options for a 15mm mounting bracket and an option that comes with side handles for occasions where you want to use the Shogun as a wireless monitor (maybe as a director's monitor). The cage with both the 15mm rod support and side handles comes in at $799. You can pre-order all of those variations of the Shogun cage on B&H.
