What is the difference between BEST EDITED ONE-HOUR SERIES (NON-COMMERCIAL) and (COMMERCIAL)?

Battle of the Bastards was indeed breathtaking: really a great edit.
Arrival as well: poetic brilliance put together in such a fluent organic way. If only one day I can create something at such a high level.
