Panasonic Releases LUMIX S1 and S1R Full Frame Mirrorless Cameras
Let’s meet the new LUMIX S1 and S1R mirrorless cameras as well as three new L-mount lenses.

First announced in September at Photokina, Panasonic has finally officially released their two new full frame mirrorless cameras - the LUMIX S1 and the LUMIX S1R.
Both feature 35mm full frame image sensors with new a Venus image processing engine and 4K video recording at 60p along with some other unique capabilities for each.

LUMIX L-Mount Lenses
Along with Panasonic’s first mirrorless L-mount cameras from the “L-mount alliance” between Leica, Sigma and Panasonic, three new L-mount LUMIX lenses have also been released to go along with the LUMIX S1 and S1R.

In addition to the new cameras and lenses, Panasonic has also unveiled a new battery - the DMW-BLJ31 - for the LUMIX S1 and S1R, which you can upgrade with a DMW-BGS1 battery grip for additional $350.
