On Monday, Apple announced iOS 14, and of course, a variety of new features have been added to the mix, including a picture-in-picture mode. The feature is exactly what you think it does by adding a small pop out video of what you're watching.

The feature allows users to drag and drop the window around the screen, make the video larger, or swipe it to the side to hide it, but the audio will keep playing as the video remains hidden. The implementation is similar to iPad, but optimized for iPhones. The video can be quickly launched into full screen mode as well. Creators and filmmakers should benefit the most from the feature as it allows you to watch a video and make notes in the Notes app all at once.

The new feature is quick and easy, and a welcomed addition to iOS 14.
