Dear readers, decades after they made film history working on Se7en together, Andrew Kevin Walker and David Fincher are collaborating again.

According to THR, the duo will reteam for a new thriller called The Killer. Right now, we think the film is set to star Michael Fassbender as the lead. The film is based on a French graphic novel.

Supposedly it is the story of an assassin (Fassbender) that begins to develop a conscience. The graphic novel was written by Alexis Nolent under the pen name Matz, with artist Luc Jacamon.

Fincher has been associated with the project since 2007 when it was still set up at Paramount. This project has been floating around for a while and was originally set to star Brad Pitt. The movie is now at Netflix and would be looking at a 2022 release date if they start shooting later this year.
