First Footage of the Sony a7S III Hits the Web

Footage watch.

Sony released the a7S III today, and along with it, sample footage of its latest full-frame mirrorless camera. Albeit the majority of its from Sony but at least you get a chance to see some of the images before independent tests start to hit the streets. Check out the videos below.

Sony Pro ambassador Phillip Bloom also got into the mix with his latest Now I See video. He shot the a7S III using a range of frame rates all in 4K as well as 9 different lenses.

Bloom also showed off the RAW output capabilities of the a7S III, pairing it with the Atomos Ninja V recorder in the video below.

So what do you think? Can you see a difference in image quality compared to the a7S II or a7 III? Let us know in the comments below.

Obviously being a 10 bit is huge step from the old 8bit Sony mirrorless is known for, the fact that I still can't record Raw internal is a huge let down for me. Investing in Atomos Ninja V is not part of the budget, can't say I am surprised though.

It's an interesting camera but the hype level is annoying.
