If you're a smartphone filmmaker, you've probably heard of Moment. Over the last handful of years, the company has developed a robust collection of filmmaking gear for mobile devices, namely it's series of smartphone lenses and unique mounting cases. We've been following iPhone filmmaking for a long time ourselves and it's certainly evolved.

Now, Moment has announced a slew of mobile filmmaking tools for the iPhone 12 that are compatible with Apple's MagSafe technology, allowing users to not only mount their smartphones to tripods and walls but also mount accessories to their smartphones. The collection includes a cold shoe mount, different tripod mounts, a 1/4"-20 mount to attach different accessories, as well as mounts for your car and wall. 

While the magnet on the iPhone 12 models is not particularly strong—it's made so that the charger can come off easily—Moment accessories are being designed with "a unique magnet array that gives our accessories that extra connective strength." The company is calling it (M)Force, where each mount is said to make it easier and stronger to use.

The MagSafe accessories are said to work and without Moment iPhone 12 cases, which come in a variety of colors and are available for $49.99.

The vertical or horizontal tripod mount is $39.99, and the 1/4"-20 mount goes for $29.99.

Everything is available for pre-order now and shipping starts in March 2021.
