It's over an hour of music and mayhem from the mind of Quentin Tarantino, live on stage.
Ever wanted to sit in a room and groove with the characters of Pulp Fiction? What about the guys from Reservoir Dogs?
If you're in LA and able to get to the Bourbon Room in Hollywood, now you can.
This new live stage production featuring Tarantino's biggest characters is produced by For The Record. It's calledTarantino Live: Fox Force Five & The Tyranny of Evil Men, and featuresscenes, music, and characters from Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained, Kill Bill, Reservoir Dogs, Inglourious Basterds, Jackie Brown, Death Proof, The Hateful Eight, and more.
The show’s official description reveals, "Follow the Fox Force Five—a group of fierce female superwomen popularized in Pulp Fiction—as they join forces to take care of business and fight the Tyranny of Evil Men with Tarantino’s quintessential soundtrack in the background."
The company describes the show as an "immersive postmodern cabaret experience based on the Quentin Tarantino Cinematic Universe."
General admission starts at $49. VIP tickets start at $89.
The production runs through Sept. 30.
It just goes to show that Tarantino continues to inspire us all in new ways. Maybe consider taking your favorite QT film, and retool it for something entirely new!
