Rumors of a reboot for this beloved workplace comedy have been around since 2013, when The Office was last on the air.
But this week, those talks reached an all-time high at the Edinburgh TV Festival.
The reason? NBC content chief Susan Rovner told Deadline that the network would totally reboot the show “whenever [The Office creator] Greg Daniels wants to do one.”
She added, “We’re standing by.”
When it comes to Greg Daniels, he told Collider a reboot was “not impossible for sure,” so we shall see...
