    Vishal Wagh

Vishal Wagh is a writer and screenwriter who began his career in content writing, copywriting, and e-learning. Before transitioning to screenwriting, he worked with leading ad agencies, content firms, and IT companies. His debut feature as a screenwriter, Doctor G, was critically acclaimed, and he is currently developing multiple scripts in Hindi and English.

As co-founder of Amphibian Productions, Vishal champions innovative storytelling across film and theatre. The company’s bold adaptation of A Midsummer Night’s Dream—reimagined through a gender-bending lens—played at Mumbai’s Royal Opera House. Vishal and Amphibian are now in post-production on Queering India, a documentary exploring LGBTQIA+ narratives in the country.

A lifelong reader and film lover, Vishal (LinkedIn) brings both depth and curiosity to every story he tells.
