Even social media videos get sequels
If you saw the original Social Media Revolution video a year ago, let me save you some time: the new version making the rounds (yes, via social media) isn't worth watching. However, if you didn't catch that video or you're one of the people who responded "I am afraid of social networks!" on my ongoing survey (please take it if you haven't already!), this might serve as good brain candy for you:
One problem -- if you want to illustrate what's going on "right now," is it apt to use a song that's twelve years old? Another problem: the statement “We will no longer search for products and services, they will find us via social media” should read "We
will no longer search for products and services, they will find us via social media." At this point there's no value to saying "this is going to happen." Dude, it already has, okay? You can't have the same revolution twice.
