Just built the rotorig. Have to say its pretty awesome. Might make a few adjustments in regards to the fit and form of the shoulder mount but for the most part it works great. Thanks Chad and NoFilmSchool!

Yea I view it as a freaking awesome jib and the shoulder rig as a possible bonus.

I’ve used way stupider things as a shoulder rig haha

Definitely building one of these. Not totally convinced about its use as a shoulder rig, honestly, but as a jib it looks excellent.

I love it, off the shelf monopods as telescopic rails for a collapsible jib, economical and clever. A lot of diy rig builders probably smacked their foreheads just now and muttered ‘Why didn’t I think of that?’. Well played Mr. Chad!
