I can't speak for all the links but simply look at the link, does it link to a logical address like a studioname.com then you know it's the original script.

I think written by someone because Julieta is a spanish movie but its screenplay in here is english.

Read seven of them .. it is like they are written by the same man.. they are not originals ..
