A New Folding Yoke Design Makes CAME-TV's New LED Panels Super Portable
CAME-TV's new RGBDT LED lights were designed to be powerful and portable.
Transporting lighting equipment can be a serious pain in the neck—not only can the setup and teardown be time-consuming, but packing up can also require the spatial perception of a Tetris master to fit everything in your vehicle.
Well, CAME-TV is aiming to address that issue by unveiling the Perseus P-1200R Travel Lights, RGBDT 55W LED panels that were built with a unique yoke design that allows them to be folded and stacked three-high in carry-on-sized hard cases, including the Pelican 1510 and 1535, with plenty of space for compact V-mount batteries. In fact, CAME-TV offers kits that include foam inserts that fit those cases.

But these LED panels have more going on than just the portable folding design—they're also designed with two groups of LEDs, RGB (Red, Green, Blue) and DT (Daylight and Tungsten).
CAME-TV has added Daylight and Tungsten LEDs to the RGB LED, a new technology that gives the Perseus P-1200R the ability to keep its high CRI rating while providing both 3200K and 5600K.

The company explains, "The RGB LED can display Red, Green, and Blue and can adjust to any color. With RGB LED when attempting to simulate Daylight or Tungsten, the CRI value drops. By adding both Daylight and Tungsten LEDs to the RGB LED, we are able to provide both 5600K (Daylight) and 3200K (Tungsten) while maintaining a high CRI."
The Perseus P-1200R also features buttons to adjust color, HSI, dimming, mode, set, and scene. It can also be controlled via Wi-Fi with a wireless remote or a mobile app.
