Known largely for gaming rigs, Acer's announcement of its Concept D line sent a message to professional designers, creators, and video editors that there was a shiny new alternative to their workstation needs soon to hit the market.

A big part of the idea with the Concept D 900 is that it's built to withstand render times while also still running a few powerful applications. And of course that it looks cool while doing it (these folks make gaming rigs, after all).
