DJI Unveils New Osmo Action 5 Pro Camera With Even More 4K Video Perks
The action camera market continues on as DJI’s latest offering doubles down on adventure videography.
When action cameras were first introduced, they felt a bit like a gimmick. It always seemed a bit silly that people would shoot so many photos and videos from such a tiny device while doing such extreme activities. Yet, in the 20-ish years of action cameras now this genre of camera has proven to be more than a gimmick.
There are tons of ways to use action cams these days, and as content creation continues to grow overall new creators are still finding innovative and creative ways to get exciting footage with these things. So it’s cool to see that the major players are thriving and continuing to innovate in this space.
The latest action camera from DJI, the new Osmo Action 5 Pro, is here and it promises to take things up another notch. It’s not a huge notch, but it’s another one nonetheless—and video is still very much the focus.
