Tiffen Decreases Minimum Focusing Distance with New Diopters
Tiffen diopters are essential to any filmmaker's bag of tricks.
Diopters are essentially close-up lenses that you place over a lens in order to change the minimum focusing distance of an object. Tiffen's diopters, which come in strengths of +1, +2, and +4, are constructed from ColorCore glass for optimal clarity. An aluminum filter ring touts dual threads so you can combine them with multiple filters. You can also add on special strips as a Strip-View Diopter to create some cool effects.
