After teasing us on Tuesday with stills and brief clips, Warner Bros. dropped a full The Matrix Resurrections just 15 minutes ago.

Lana Wachowski brings us The Matrix Resurrections, the fourth film in the sci-fi franchise. The new film stars Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss as Neo and Trinity. It seems we're going to meet these iconic characters with their memories wiped in a near-future San Fransisco as they fight to free themselves from the Matrix again.

The film also stars Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Jessica Henwick, Jonathan Groff, Neil Patrick Harris, Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Christina Ricci, Telma Hopkins, Eréndira Ibarra, Toby Onwumere, Max Riemelt, Brian J. Smith, and Jada Pinkett Smith.

Lana Wachowski directed from a screenplay by Wachowski & David Mitchell & Aleksander Hemon, based on characters created by the Wachowskis.

The Matrix Resurrections will release on Dec. 22 in theaters and on HBO Max.
