Filmmaking might not be the first thing that comes to mind when thinking about Moët & Chandon, but the French fine winery, which for over 25 years has been the official champagne of the Golden Globes, has announced their first ever Moët Moment Online Film Festival, an annual fund that aims to support the "next generation of Hollywood's brightest stars, those dedicated to passionate story telling through the art of film."

The theme for its inaugural year is "CAPTURE THE NOW", which is all about seizing the day, being spontaneous, and living without regrets. As Moët & Chandon say, "When you live in The Now, anything is possible -- and Now is your Moment."

Entering is easy. Simply upload a 30 to 60 second film to the Moët Moment Film Fest website that communicates the theme, and a panel of judges will decide on 25 finalists who will be featured on the Film Fest’s website. From the top finalists, one winner will be awarded a $25K filmmaking grant, as well as a trip for two to the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards.

The deadline to enter is January 4th, 2016, so be sure to get your submissions in as soon as you can!
