Is Teradeck the only company that makes quality video transmitters? Nofilmschool please provide more articles about other quality transmitters. There has to be more then Teradeck?

Actually Teradek, Paralinx, IDX camwave are on the bottom end of transmitters.
They are unreliable have short range that is never consistent. No matter what they say, ive used them all in the field. I'd never pay to purchase any of these products. Do you homework. Talk to people that use them, and talk to the people who need range. That would be video assist operators.
Microlite is awesome, great range, small package and extremely reliable.
Boxx is over rated but decent. Need to use gigantic receiver antennas to get good range, and in my opinion is very over priced.
Theres a new Nimbus wimi6200 which was shockingly a great product. reliable, Long range, and great picture.
1/2 the price of the BOXX, and 1/4 price of the microlite.
Do your homework and test these 3 HD Transmitters.
Dont bother with Teredek or Paralinx, they are a joke but get alot of exposure.
TEST, TEST, TEST, and you will see.

Paralinx, and IDX are both at NAB but their booths weren't nearly as impressive. Boxx also makes wireless transmitters but I didn't see them there. Maybe NFS will be better at discovering more cool stuff but from what I saw covering teradek is the best decision.

I didn't see any timecode running on any of those streams. It would be great to be able to take a screen cap on the ipad of some shot you like in real time for reference later in post. Am i missing it?

Cool product.
