Learn How to Do Sound the 'Hollywood Way' on Oscar-Winner Frank Serafine's Sound Advice Tour

We stopped by the Sony booth at NAB to chat with Oscar-winning sound designer Frank Serafine about his upcoming MZed Sound Advice Tour, which will teach attendees the skills they need to record and edit Hollywood-quality sound.

The all-day workshop is geared toward filmmakers, sound designers, composers, or anyone interested in upping their audio game. Sound Advice covers:

  • Sound Recording
  • Sound Editing
  • Sound Effects
  • Soundtrack
  • Sound Mixing
  • Sound Design
  • Sound Inspiration

The 33-city tour (US and Canada) kicks off April 26th and costs $299 to register. Head on over to the Sound Advice website to learn more.

Ryan you are an amazing inspiration to thieves around the world. The way you stole money from all those kickstarter chumps is just so amazing and inspirational it makes me want to be a thief just like you. Seriously what is your secret?

FWIW, I do corporate video editing and production, and my whole team attended MZed's "Cutting Edge" class with Adam Epstein. I'm still pretty "junior" and I learned a ton, but even the senior editors on my team got a lot out of it. Hoping to hit this one, too...
