LiteMat from LiteGear is a solid solution for stage, studio or location work and provides an evenly spaced, color-correct spread over a very large area. The series comes in a variety of sizes, the newest (and biggest) being a lit 400W 4x4, use CineMitter LEDs, and are bordered entirely with a velcro “loop” fastener. There are even has cutouts for picture hangers so you can hang these things on a wall.

LiteGear also showcased its 8X8 LiteTile, which is a 1600W, bi-color LED. According to the company, the LED chips offer state-of-the-art output with a 40% increase in brightness over VHO Pro. Another feature of the CineMitter is the extended Kelvin range. LiteGear pushed the lower CCT to 2600 degrees Kelvin (K) allowing for candlelight or deep-tungsten output while increasing the CRI to a staggering 95+. On the cool side, the CCT was pushed up to 6200K to better balance for overcast sky or cool white fluorescents.
