Despite its mouthful name, this new 19” monitor-recorder-switcher from Atomos aims to expand your production monitoring capabilities as it features a large 19" studio display, which will be capable of monitoring, recording, and switching in a single unit.
The Shogun AV-19 will also feature a bright capacitive touchscreen display as well as support for HDMI and 12G-SDI input and output. NDI|HX3 via Gigabit Ethernet will further help it be an ideal option for cinema capture, live events, or other broadcast solutions.

As mentioned above, the Shogun AV-19 is highlighted by its large 3840 x 2160 resolution display, which can reach 1200 cd/m² brightness levels and features a capacitive touchscreen. Users can playback their recently captured shots on the screen for reviewing or monitoring.
The AV-19 is compatible with your DSLR or mirrorless cameras via HDMI and can record ProRes, ProRes Raw, and AVID DNx codecs for easy editing and archival quality. Users can also record the main program up to 6K30 via 12G-SDI and up to DCI 4K60 via HDMI.
