Ever wonder what your favorite directors and cinematographers do between takes? Between movies?

Some of them shoot their own photos while on set and around the globe, and now you can pick up some of these prints and help a worthy cause.

KEEPGOING is a project created by filmmakers, for filmmakers. It is a virtual gallery showcasing and selling prints from directors and cinematographers to support industry crew members that are out of work due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

They offer 11x17 ($150) and 8.5x11 ($125) semi-gloss archival ink prints of photo shot by a growing list of directors and DPs, including Spike Jonze, Alma Har’el, Mihai Mălaimare Jr., Jonas Lindstroem, Gordon Von Steiner, Salomon Ligthelm, Vincent Haycock, Drew Daniels, Rina Yang, and Adam Newport-Berra.

For every print sold, KEEPGOING will donate 100% of the proceeds to the MPTF (Motion Picture & Television Fund) COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund. This fund supports the millions of industry professionals currently facing financial hardship due to the pandemic.

That's an incredible and worthy cause.

From Courteney Bailey, Chief Development Officer, "We are so grateful for the support of KEEPGOING and of all the Directors and DPs who have contributed their photos and film stills. MPTF is committed to its mission of helping our entertainment community in their time of need. Our COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund is set up to provide temporary financial assistance for needs created or complicated by the COVID-19 pandemic, including help for issues including health insurance, mental health assistance, rent, food, and other essentials. This KeepGoing.world project is a beautiful showcase for the creativity and compassion of our entertainment community."

The film industry supports 2.1 million jobs in the US alone, with millions more around the globe. A large portion of those workers are freelance and have now gone months without a paycheck.

To help those affected by purchasing a still, visit KEEPGOING's virtual gallery and buy one!

I know I'm picking up a few today.
