While Viltrox has been hard at work cranking out some high-quality and highly affordable lenses for APS-C cameras as of late, the company has a new line that should be of interest to any DJI Ronin 4D owners or renters.

This new line of Raze AF f/1.8 DL lenses from Viltrox will be available in a range of focal lengths, including 16mm, 24mm, 28mm, 35mm, 50mm, and 85mm, and will be able to provide sharp precision and seamless integration into the DJI Ronin 4D ecosystem. Let’s check them out.
Viltrox Raze Lens Set
Crafted for the Ronin 4D camera system from DJI, these Viltrox Raze lenses are DL mount full-frame f/1.8 large aperture autofocus lenses that are highly capable but still quite small and lightweight. Yet, packed into this compact form factor will be some sharp precision.
These Viltrox Raze lenses will be able to seamlessly adapt to DJI’s professional-grade filmmaking system, the Ronin 4D, and integrate perfectly with the DL mount ecosystem, making it possible to capture dynamic shots with swift and precise motion.

Designed for both solo use by independent creators and dynamic pro video capture, the Ronin 4D from DJI is an innovative all-in-one camera/gimbal solution that could honestly use some more lens options like those offered by Viltrox.
The “4D” in the system’s name refers to the Z-axis (vertical) stabilization built into the X9-6K camera and the four-axis gimbal stabilization. The DJI Ronin 4D is constructed from lightweight carbon fiber and an aluminum/magnesium alloy that makes it ideal for indie run-and-gun style projects and event videography.
The Ronin 4D captures at rates up to 6K60 in Apple ProRes 422 HQ and Ronin's CineCore 3.0 image processing system with ACES workflow support also suits the 4D as a "B" or 2nd unit camera for larger cine-style productions.
