Edit Anywhere: VEGO's Mobile Studio is the Size of a Carry-On
A look at the VEGO mobile editing solution, a rugged 2U SKB case designed to let editors work on their projects while on the go.

VEGO Mobile Editing Solution
No larger than the size of a standard carry-on suitcase, this new mobile editing solution from VEGO aims to take mobile editing to a whole new level. VEGO, a portable baseband video editing solution developed by Broadcast Solutions, aims to bring a new level of speed and flexibility to mobile editing.
Let’s take a look at this new mobile editing solution and how it could work for your flows.
Ready to Plug and Play in Seconds
With a well-thought-out design, the VEGO solution features a mix of components that are all centrally connected via a CalDigit Thunderbolt docking station. A single Thunderbolt 3 cable is all it takes to make the entire unit operational for video editors looking to work on the go.
The “suitcase” is fully equipped for the highest demands of video editing and features the following items integrated into the lid: a SmallHD 702 monitor, a Bose Soundlink speaker, and a MakeProX 4-fader controller.
OnTouch mixing is also made possible by hardwired inputs and outputs on the interfaces – perfect for seamless editing, audio dubbing, or mixing. All connections are easily accessible via a robust 2 mm steel panel, and power is supplied through a TruCon1 socket (Protection Class II).
