The Godox KNOWLED MG4KR
An expansion of the company’s popular KNOWLED lineup, this new MG4KR model should pack a punch with an extended color temperature range from 1800 to 10,000K, while providing full RGB color, +/-100% green/magenta shift control, and 91% coverage of the Rec.2020 color space.
Some other notable benefits will include brightness, accurate color reproduction, and 0-100% dimming with four curves (linear, S, exponential, and logarithmic) for even more precision and control.
The overall goal appears to be to create a next-gen light that TV studios, filmmakers, and lighting designers will appreciate, thanks to an AC-powered fixture that can further ensure high-quality RGB lighting with complete control over its operation.
The light will also feature a controller intentionally separate from the fixture, which should help provide an improved cooling system in its robust and compact IP65-rated housing.
