Canon R6 V
Announced just over a week ago, the Canon R6 V is already proving quite buzzworthy in film and video circles, thanks to its front-of-the-box specs and features.
The long-anticipated follow-up to the popular R6 model, this new V version looks quite promising and should be enticing to a wide range of film and video pros thanks to its 32.5MP full-frame sensor and 7K RAW video recording capabilities.
But as with any new camera, the real test is what it delivers to the screen. And on that note, we have some of the first short films shot on the EOS R6 V to share with you, giving you a glimpse of what the camera is capable of ahead of its wider release later this month.

The first short comes from filmmaker Jake Frew, with “Permanent Work in Progress,” which tells the story of the ever-changing skyline of New York City through the eyes of a child. This film was shot on the new Canon R6 V and with an RF20-50mm F4 L IS USM PZ lens. Check it out below.
