If you want to create your own custom tools or workflows in post, you can do that now with Frame.io's open API and Developer Platform.
Frame.io has already upgraded its platform with a ton of great new features, including:
- Multi-Page PDFs
- Enhanced Version Management
- Private Comments
- Reel Player
- Archival Storage (Beta)
- Updated Review Pages (Beta)
- Redesigned iPhone App
- Short Links
- Account Switching
But the company's biggest announcement is the launch of its new Developer Platform.
The new Developer Platform at Frame.io allows users to create custom tools, integrations, and workflows for their work in post. Partnering in the launch is Blackmagic, who has developed its own custom integration for DaVinci Resolve, which means users can utilize DaVinci Resolve functionality right inside Frame.io. Other partners include LumaTouch, Kyno, Silverstack, and Gnarbox.
